1 June. ARCTIC FOX ADDENDUM Two new videos received from Italy with conversations with Ivan Macuso, a close colleague of Captain Savorelli, and Commandante Giorgio Giannotti both recorded since 2010. Reviewing, and will be added to the Addendum

7 June. LUGARD - Following my interview with Dora Chan of Green Bean Media over a year ago, a premier of a film of the life of Sir Frederick Lugard called Hi YourExcellency will be shown at a cinema in Reading, called the Reading Biscuit Factory, on Sat 27 June at 1pm, which will include part of the interview. Postponed until 19 Sept

17 Aug. WE GAVE A DAM - Articles in The Times and The FT on the concern that the Barrier is not going to last to 2060 and a new barrier will be required sooner than anticipated. I was asked to comment on BBC News.
31 Aug. NEW BOOK - I have started research on a new book which is an expansion of the short Lugard story in the Passionate Imperialists, when he is looking for diamonds in Botswana in 1895. I have already found the apartment he was staying in Jermain St near Piccadilly. It will be published in late 2027.
4 Sep. After 48 weeks waiting, I finally got a pacemaker fitted this week which went very smoothly, and am now back up and running, I still have some signed Addendums available for sale. Only three months to Christmas!
19 Sep. LUGARD. I attended a 45 min premiere film of Lugard when he was Governor of Hong Kong (1907-12) made by the Green Bean Media and shown at The Reading Biscuit Factory Cinema complex. It was a full house with many from Hong Kong. It was in Cantonese with English subtitles and got a good reception. I was invited on stage afterwards for a Q&A session with an enthusiastic audience.

5 Oct. DIANE. 3 copies of The Environmental Sculptor sold to Canada, with more to follow as some of the sculptures in University of Guelph opened in 2002 are being renovated in 2027.
15 Oct. ADDENDUM. More copies sold in Ireland, only 40 copies left.
16 Oct. Discussions started on a new book for selected major civil engineering projects and the people involved, that were built between 1970 and 2020.
